Join C.A. Ellis & Associates for a free evening featuring an interactive panel followed by rotating small-group discussions and activities led by the panelists. Explore how we respond to emotional stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions, and discover practical ways to care for ourselves.

The evening also includes complimentary dinner, wellness resources, wellness gift raffles, and a restorative sound-bath closing. Whether you want to ask questions, share, or simply listen, you are welcome.
